Double head miter saws. Both mitres in one cut.
Two blades cut both 45° ends of a window profile at once, so the frame closes square. Sizes run from 305 to 505 mm blades, for profiles up to 135 mm wide and 200 mm high.
- Blades 305, 350, 405, 450 and 505 mm
- 45° × 2, 1.5–3 kW per head
- 220 V or 380 V

Corner joining. Tight at every corner.
Put two mitred pieces and a corner key in place, and the machine presses them into one strong corner. It is the machine that turns cut profiles into frames.
- Pairs with the 45° double head saw
- For window, door and cabinet frames
- Part of the window starter set

Lift table angle machines. Clean faces on cabinet profiles.
The blade rises from under the table, so the visible face of a cabinet profile stays clean. The 405 cuts 95 mm wide and 150 mm high, with a main and a second blade.
- 405 and 350 models
- Main 405 blade, second 305 blade
- Built for kitchen and wardrobe frames

CNC drilling and milling. Lock holes and slots, from the screen.
Clamp a 3 m profile, set the positions on the screen, and the head drills lock holes, handle holes and slots. Single and double head models.
- 3 m single and double head
- 750 short-stroke model
- 380 V three-phase

Hinge drilling. Same spot. Every door.
Set the door in place and drill the hinge hole in one move. Every door gets its hole in the same spot, so the doors hang straight.
- 1.1 kW single head
- Double head model available
- For kitchen, wardrobe and glass doors

T-bar cutting and bending. Cut through, or notch and fold.
The blade comes up from under the table. Cut a strip through, or cut a V notch and fold it into a clean corner. Bending machines turn profiles into arches and circles.
- T-bar machine 1.1 kW, 225 mm blade
- Electric and CNC bending
- For trims, inlays and arched windows
