Overview
Track-feed PUR edge bander for honeycomb, carbon crystal, PVC and bamboo-fiber panels and panel furniture.
The track carries the panel through every station: pre-milling, heating lamp, PUR gluing, belt pressing, end trimming, rough and fine trimming, four-motor corner rounding, edge and flat scraping, cleaning, waxing and two buffing stations. The PUR glue pot needs no cleaning.
Good for · Aluminium furniture and cabinet factories that edge panels in volume.
